Shelly is amazing. You can't go wrong if you pick her as your realtor. You will be in very capable hands. Shelly helped me sell my home during the coronavirus pandemic when real estate ground to a halt. She stayed to the task. We had two offers fall through before the third one closed. The first offer fell through when the Governor issued the shelter-in-place order and buyers got scared and backed out. The second offer fell through the day before closing because of financing problems on the buyer side, which was disheartening for me, but it didn’t get Shelly down! We ended up closing on the next offer which was 17.5% higher than the one that fell through. Not only was it an excellent outcome, but the whole process was smooth. Shelly was super helpful throughout. She communicated well during the whole process. She was reliable. She also made time for me when I had little questions or concerns so that I could discuss them with her. I would highly recommend Shelly to anyone selling their home.
